And you'd be very welcome Ellie, we can guarantee you a fantastic time, although this one may spoil you for any other liveaboard.. Big Grin

Yeah mate, loads of wrecks, have a good look and read of the thread that I've linked too in my first post, the one on DIRx, we're fundamentally doing the same tour, it's what we did last time and it was fookin brilliant, hence the repeated itinerary Big Grin

Cheers Homer, but I have booked First Choice already as we are not going to dive on the 27th anyway.

Just spotted on another forum:
"XL airways has just lowered their long haul (Egypt for me) allowance from 20kg to 15kg for hold luggage and 5Kg for hand luggage
They do give you 10Kg extra for dive gear if you show them a dive certification card.
If you bought your tickets before 1st Jan '08 they will honour the old allowance until 1st May."

I’ll dig the ones with deviant behaviour and debauchery out later.

RE: UKDivers Red Sea Liveaboard II - MV Tala The Return
I really do wish I could go, but commitments here mean that it is impossible, if you are running another one next year, I would be very interested.

The photos look great. I was humming and hahing over it and they kind of tipped me over the edge. Only then did I realise that I had end of semester assignments to hand in and a load to mark during that period (lecturing whilst doing an MA at the same institution sometimes is a little bizarre.)

I'll be first in the queue if you run one next year though. Looks great and i should have my AOW by then so I can dive wrecks etc.

Erm... What?
