Charity Ball in aid of Marie Curie and Bite Back

Hi all,

I'm organising a charity ball, in aid of Marie Curie and Bite Back, to be held on the 10th October at the Richmond Hill Hotel in Richmond, Surrey.

The ticket price is £75, which includes dinner, a bit of wine and entry into a prize draw for £1000 approx of Scubapro goodies (thanks Scubapro).

There will also be a charity auction for a few choice goodies, a photo competion (prize, courtesy of Cameras Underwater, to be confirmed), a live band and DJ.

You can pay for your tickets by transferring the correct amount to the following account:

Please mark the payment reference as : Ball Initial Surname (e.g if I was paying money in, then I would mark it "Ball S Keasley)

Then, please send an ball@bottlefish.net with the following information:
The reference made on the payment
The date the payment was made
The amount of the payment
Any special instructions on seating, i.e. I want to sit next to Fred, please put this group on the same table as that group etc)
And then for each person you've paid for:
Person's name
Menu choice for starter, main and dessert (you'll find the menu at the end of this post)
Notes of any special dietary requirements
Email address (this will be used to each person details on how to enter the photo competition)
Please, make sure that you send all the information, if you don't I'll probably sit you with the wrong person or order you the wrong food!! We'll also have this information on the door to chekc you in, so don't concern yourself about getting an actual ticket (or losing it if you already have one!!)

Chilled Galia Melon with Berry Compote
Goat Cheese and Caramelised Red Onion Tart with Rocket Salad
Chicken Liver Parfait, Toasted Ciabatta and Fruit Chutney

Main Course:
Braised Salmon with a Champagne Sauce, Saffron Potatoes and Green Vegetables
Breast of Chicken with a Wild Mushroom Sauce, Fondant Potatoe and Honey Glazed Vegetables
Roasted Sirloin of Beef with Madeira Sauce, Roasted Vegetables and Honey Glazed Vegetables

Dessert
Lemon Tart with a Kiwi Lime Syrup
Strawberry Cheesecake
Chocolate and Pecan Tart

(Please mark choice as Lemon Tart, Cheesecake or Chocolate)
