Weekend at Farne Isles

Just had to put a personal note on here -
Had two fantastic days diving on Farne Isles - Water was clear and relatively warm - Two of the guys in semi dry's
I'm sure all the established UK divers have all been there and done that -But for me a relatively newby to UK waters diving, I found it great
Droping down the edges of the islands found lots to look at and a large number of very inquisitive seals - First time I've had my fins nibbled by something so large - One also tried to swim off with my smb as I was completing my safety stop
Trips out and back to shore were excellent too, very powerful rib - Just like Alton towers - Brilliant
We were really lucky with the weather and sea conditions - Someone must have been looking over us
Would just say - You need to eat early in Seahouses (town I stayed in) as all the takeways (except chinese) start closing from 19:30??
Would definitely add my recomendation to this location though - Will certainly go back there

And you're right about Seahouses...it's rubbish for late night nibbles!

Glad you had fun though!

PS. Sorry for slight hijack but has anyone got e-mail / weblinks for some of the skippers? Might be able to jump on a last minute trip on Sunday if very lucky...
