ok guys,fook all to do with diving but when i have configured my xbox with media center on my laptop,can i watch downloaded movies on my xbox without a cable,if so how,if not wot cable do i need.cheers to all,craigThumbup

if its a 360 you should be able to watch films / files off your laptop via your broad band connection through your router be it connected via cable or wireless.

Would not use wireless for streaming a film personally if you wanted to do that I would rather use a 200mps homeplug.

I have not used them and they may be fine but if you are streaming blu-ray / Hd-DVD I have been advised to use the 200mbps models.

My media Pc sits under the TV and is cat-5 to the router so I do not need them. A mate of mine uses the homeplugs and was not happy with the lower speed models, (it may have been the make tho and not the speed). He now uses the 200s and is much happier.
