Big Grin Hi
OK...time to say hello then eh?

Hello! Mick....lives in Chesterfield....I've done a bit of diving abroad and would like to start some UK diving. Just bought my drysuit for these colder UK climates and have all my own kit now with the exception of a tank.

My partner dives also (having been an instructor in Dahab for a while) but I'm still hopeful I can convince her to dive with me as well...even thinking of buying her a drysuit so she has NO excuses!! (although the 1 month old baby may be used as an excuse??)

I'm a bit of a tight bugger and like to do stuff independantly (I also climb etc) so I begrudge paying for courses when you can work things out with a few dives and conversations with other divers (I actually like that discovery process if that makes sense?) So...if anyone would like to dive with someone who, although having their Advanced PADI, still double thinks everything when diving then give me a holla!!
