You seem to be able to dive in inland waters without showing that you are qualified.

In the UK, so long as your cylinder is in test it can be filled. There is no requirement to show qualifications. Anyone can dive without training, it is the operators of boats and inland sites that require qualifications for obvious reasons.

This is part of the thing i don't like about it....

A lot of questions about 'am I allowed to dive'......where's the adventure gone? where's the suck it and see? the lets try it within our limits and gently push it until we improve and create our own adventures?? I know that's a wee bit riskier but we need to have our risk so we can gauge our own limits and enjoy life!!
