AOW, to be or not to be?
In the opinion of the divers on this forum. Is the AOW worth the money that you pay for it, or is it better to progress over time by accumilating 5 adventure dives with dive guides whenever you do them?
P.s Once you have completed one adventure deep dive (30m) with an instructor. Are you certified to then do it again with a buddy? As long as the buddy has also dived this deep before? Thanks Why is it that everyone's signature is better than mine? |

RE: AOW, to be or not to be?
I'd still do the AOW as it's less hassle to go on dives over 18m rather than showing them your OW card AND your deep card AND showing your logbook. Just do it.

I agree, get your AOW done, there are other dives that make this up that are important.

RE: AOW, to be or not to be?
So many people do the Advanced back to back with the OW I'm surprised PADI hasn't managed to cram in an extra course to go after Advanced but before the Rescue.
