RE: Underwater village
I dont know of any in wales or elsewhere that you can dive.

The reason being that in most cases the flooding has been done by a water company to create reserves of potable water. As such most, if not all, refuse access to divers (but are happy to allow fishing and boating?). I'm told that Kielder Reservior has such a village and there's a pettion being put together by local divers to be allowed to dive there.

What goes around, comes around... so be nice to everyone.

A few have tried to organise a dive, however authorisation has been declined by the water authority...
