Yeah - needs to be a weekend before Christmas if possible, I think, although it is quite short notice.

I'm available all weekends so far...and don't mind travelling.

Let us know
1) if you would like to come
2) what dates you can and can't make it 6th, 13th, or 20th December
3) whereabouts you are and how far you reckon you could travel if necessary.

So for me it is:
1) Polly - yes
2) available all so far but would prefer 6th or 13th
3) would prefer Cappers area but prepared to travel anywhere

We'll sort out the rest from there asap!

Would love to attend, but cash desperately short as don't start work till 8th Dec. so somewhere close to Peterborough would be great.

How about Portland on the 20th!? That's where we'll be. Fathom and Blues are located under a pub and the pubs under some digs, what more would anyone want! Start at the bottom and work your way up!!

Sounds good, but I think the 20th would be a little too close to Christmas for most people - I reckon I'll be caught up with celebrations at home by then.
Pete - you and I need to come to some arrangement here...I finish work on 18th December but got nothing after that and have no idea when I'll get paid again!

Love 2 Polly, had no work since end of May. Mind boogles @ what we can get up to with no cash between us

I love these last minute decisions, and I need to wash the salt off my kit before i bed it down for January.
SO.....

1) Furryman - yes
2) 13th or 6th both good, 20th too late
2) Stoney would be perfect, Guildenborough is closer, although I have never visited it, Cappers is too far

Well, there's no reason why we can't have 2 separate xmas get togethers to make sure everyone can meet someone somewhere...

How about 13th December then, gives us time to organise it.

Somewhere near Cappers for the northern monkeys and also somewhere somewhere near Stoney for the Southern ......... (can't think of anything that won't cause offence so substitute your own word there).

Obviously it would be better if everyone could go to the same place but I think some people will just end up missing out if we do that.

I'll start up 2 separate threads - add your name and suggestions for places to stay over / party for each one.

We can keep this one for general ideas about the fun and stuff?
