Can't really get out of it as it is an early Xmas present and although being born in Hull she is a lifelong Liverpool fan. Don't know where that came from And just for you Polly 1. 2. 3. 4.......... |

RE: UKD Xmas Dive Trip - Capernwray
This was my much loved Campervan - she's actually a Bedford Rascal and somehow me, TTP (sorry, but Narcissus is a shit name, mate) and Badknees managed to have a 'cosy' night sleeping in it when it was lashing down and their tent got flooded. Yes - that's right me, Gaz and Keeny IN THE BACK OF A BEDFORD RASCAL! ![]() Hang on a minute, did it really get flooded? Or was that some story you guys cooked up to get in the van? ![]() Anyway, the van is no more. I sold her to a mate who took her to a beerfestival in Germany. I needed the cash and it meant he didn't have to hire a van. He was going to let me have it back when he returned in September but said I didn't need to pay him the cash back until October. It was the perfect deal for both of us. But when he came back he got sick and she got towed away and he went back home to Sydney 2 days later. Unfortunately, I didn't have the cash to go and get her out of the pound (wasn't due to be paid for another 6 weeks) and by the time I did get paid, the charges were too much.... I'll get another one day though. I loved that van. ![]() Stupid jobs that don't pay you very often.... ![]() And here's the place we stayed - we should definitely try to arrange some diving / camping trips here next year. St Trinian's night? Pyjama party? They've even got Bingo...yay! http://www.wyresidelakes.co.uk/component.../Itemid,1/ |

Well the field was a tad water logged and Keeny had put the tent up at the far end of the field but we did have beer which is why we ended up in the van sharing - then we couldnt be bothered movin out of it Oh, and Narcissis aint a crap name, it just shows my arrogence.
