People who have said 'Yes' so far are me and Flyingspanner.
Aquafan and Letz are possibilities but it is quite a distance for them - may depend on weather. Narcissus is hoping to make it. I might be able to convince some others a bit closer to the time. I am specially requesting Phil O's presence because he is my drinking buddy. DaveS is also considering it, I think. But he only wants a half...so I don't think we should talk to him. |

As I'm about to have to fork out significant suns to sort a naf pump and leaking something I doubt I'll be able to make it now ![]() But I will make a pact to get to Capernwray in 2009. Every year I try to use it as a kit rinse after Scapa so, if I can get my act together, I'll make it happen next year Have a wonderful day everyone and Happy Christmas " Nothing makes us happier than jumping off a ship " http://eclectech.co.uk/scuba.php |

RE: UKD Xmas Dive Trip - Capernwray
Just back from the Quacks, I've got a chest infection.
Looks like diving and drinking out the window for the next week or so. Gonna have to pull out of the Xmas plans. Sorry, but hope whoever gets there has a great time. Cunningly disguised as a responsible adult. http://www.redseacollege.com http://www.unisub.es http://www.happysub.de |

RE: UKD Xmas Dive Trip - Capernwray
Was just coming on here to say the same thing! I've had this chest infection for over 2 weeks now and it's still not shifting. I had a couple of beers at home last night for the first time in ages and spent the rest of the evening coughing my head off so I'm having to pretty much cancel all plans for fun for the next week or so as I'm directing 11 different plays at the moment and really can't afford any more time off.
I hope the rest of you still manage to meet up though - I will be there with you in spirit (a small glass of wine and some snorkelling in the bath, perhaps?) |
