UKD Xmas Dive Trip - Capernwray
Who fancies a pre-Christmas dip on Saturday 13th December then?
Also, any ideas about somewhere cheap we can all have a few beers and stay over? Obviously, the beer side of the trip is the most important part 'cos it's Christmas!! Polly PS. Please try not to create one of those threads where the same list keeps getting repeated over and over again, they drive me mental. Just reply with a simple 'I'll be there!' |

Polly, can you not get the mushroom van back again so we can all cram into that on that distant muddy field

RE: UKD Xmas Dive Trip - Capernwray
I'd be interested in a UKD Christmas dive
and I have been meaning to check out Capernwray for a couple of years now. Although one 'dan sarf' would be handy. Reckon I'd rather travel to Capernwray than Stoney but would def need somewhere to rest my head for the night. I believe there is a B&B very close " Nothing makes us happier than jumping off a ship " http://eclectech.co.uk/scuba.php |

I'll give it a few days, see how many people are up for it and then check out some accommodation if you like - I'm sure we'll find something.
Gaz - sadly the 'shroom van got crushed. It's still too painful to talk about ....

I'd luv to dive on 13th but its the club party the night before - If it's diving in the afternon I can dive but then I've got students in the water on Sunday 14th so can't really play out on Saturday night althoug hwould come along for a sneaky half. |

Well, if you're in the area you can always pop in for half a lager shandy top then?
