Ive got this one folds flat and copes easily with 2 single 15l tanks. May be able to get it from B&Q, Hubby uses them at work and they can cope with a lot of abuse.

IWENT TO NEC DIVE SHOW AND SAW A TWINSET TROLLEY WHICH STAYS ON AS U DIVE...IT WAS ONLY SMALL AND IDEAL EXCEPT I CANT REMEMBER WHAT ITS CALLED AND I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE

Could not comment but it was designed by one of the instructors at my club. And I would have to say its seems a lot of kit for little gain
