I have a cheap wetsuit for use in the pool. As you say it's always relatively balmy IN the pool but can feel a little chilly on the side. Just my personal observation (I know wimp comes to mind)
ive just bought a shorty for the pool as i have been in the pool now a couple of weeks and it gets kinda cold in a t-shirt and shorts....£19.99 from ebay...cant complain at that...
oh and i too have a "slap strap" as i have long hair..and didnt want it to end up in a tangled mess woven through the mask and needing cut out lol...
