RE: Found at Stoney
Any chance you could nip up to Eccy Delph, and try to find the one I lost there on Saturday.

I'd really appreciate it.

RE: Found at Stoney
But what happens when you do hand something in to the shop at Stoney? I've handed a few items in and heard nothing more, now I tell them what I've found and leave my address and cellphone number.

God bless George Bush and America.

RE: Found at Stoney
Not that I'm an authority on this, but it would probably follow that if the finder doesn't leave his/her name and address (the cynic in me thinks that even if people do leave their details) and no-one claims it, then it will go into hire stock (unless someone takes a shine to it). If it is claimed, then they can't get in contact with the finder as they haven't left their details. Stands to reason really.

Not that this is in any way a reflection of what actually happens you understand (I have no idea whether it does or not), but I have been brought up to see the bad in everyone, that way I'm pleasantly surprised when someone does something nice.

If I found something I would make sure that I left my name and address for either Stoney or the owner to let me know if it had been claimed, and if it hadn't I would expect first dibs on it ;-)

Erm... What?
