    Hi divingdoc1

Can I assume that you are a doctor - always useful having a medic professional on the board.

Now ... firstly my neck .... really stiff at the moment. And I think I have piles. Any suggestions??

Sadly no my friend. tis an old rugby nickname that just developed.

However the cure for piles involves a short length of toilet roll, a pint of petrol and an ignition source!!

    Hi Doc

    Welcome to UKDivers.
I'm not far from you. (Torquay, did live in Exeter before.)
Your'e a bit too experienced for a buddy though. I'd feel inadequate.
    You getting wet locally?
There's supposed to be a great dive club in Exmouth so I hear.

Dunno if your a real Doc but could use some advice.
I've recently amputated a finger at work and can't get any decent advice on when to start diving again.
I'll survive, but hated having time off in top weather and vis but forced dry.

    Good guys on this site.
Nice to hear from another Devon Diver.

    Dan

Hi Dan and nice to speak to you.

Dont worry about the experience thing bud. A dive is a dive, and its always nice to dive with someone new!!!

Sorry not a real doc, but i would ensure that the finger is completely healed before you dive again. My best suggestion wuld be to contact the guys at Diving Dieseases Research Centre (DDRC) in Plymouth. Their number is 01752 209999. If they don't know, nobody will!

I'm attached to Jurassic Coast Diving in Exmouth, in fact a little more than attached but don't want to appear to be advertising on this forum. We tend to have a lot of fun as as most dive centres do! Who do you dive with and i suppose you do babbacombe a lot?
