October, November, December, January, February, and March are the best months to dive off the coast of Mombassa, the water temperature is about 27centigrade the Whale sharks are about  and lots of other wildlife. Look up Baracuda Diving (they spell it with one c) they have several dive centres up a down the coast. For a dedicated guide and instructor go see Mike at Tiwi Beach.
